 - Benji is putting up a "how to make the Newsletter" on our wiki so anyone can do it.

 - Shannon will be doing Novembers Newsletter

 - The highlight write up will be by Jenna on Umofest.

 - Cover Art will be organized by Caelyn (calendar of names+contact+month)

 - Try to get all art ahead of time

 - Try to get together+make them+share the responsibilities

 - Work Party last meeting of each month

 - November calendar art by mike

-Free Market-

 - Have activities/a theme/ a workshop...something!

 - coordinate with Buy Nothing Day

 - Everyone brainstorm activities (kite making, homemade gifts, holiday cards, workshops, hair cuts, tarot cards)

 - Toy drive/Food+Stuff Drive - collect at shows. Advertise on show flyers.

 - Sandwich board will be picked up by Shannon at brought to next meeting.

 - Going to decorate board at New Crompton meeting

 - At the market have Free hot coffee and/or food

 - Advertise on venue myspaces/websites

 - Canned foods, clothes, cooking stuff, etc.

 - Need to post on Free Market myspace

 - Support Solid Ground (Organic Farm)

 - Caelyn will post on the FreeMarket myspace

 - We now can put zines, flyers, etc on the blog

 - Going to make a mass email letting everyone know that we are posting things and if anyone is not comfortable with it then they will let us know to take it down.

     -activist/resource network

     -aware and accessible community

     -create a non-consuming culture-not dominant culture

     -non-hierarchical collective ethos

Distribution Project_

 - A community minded flyer distro project

 - Josh Powell (program manager at Vera) 

 - $50/month paid internship per event

 - Benji put project proposal online

 - Vera distro on telephone poles, cafes, etc.

 - Similar for other locations

 - Person with official position (Vera internship) = member in seattle diy that coordinates with other distro organizations, talks to buisnesses, etc.

Application for free distro for events for places that are not for profit

 - Need to coordinate different kinds of membership

 - There will be a training this Saturday the 8th from 10-5 @ Home Alive
