-Will be a two-day event. Focused on having people come from the surrounding regional area. The first night will be about getting to know everyone through games, food, bands. Will be held in February, Valentines weekend.
-They would like to have a Circus Workshop which Shannon will be putting together.
-For Crying Out Loud will be doing some workshops. Some will be fun and others, challenging.
-FCOL will also be putting a Prom(dance) as the finale of the event. There will be a Dancing Bill of Rights for the Prom.
-Newsletter-
-There will be a focus topic for each monthly newsletter
-Food Justice is our Focus Topic for December
-We will put together the programs available in Seattle (famer's markets)
-The art for the newsletters will be hater-free and no exceptions.
-We will let the artist know in advance our focus topic for the newsletter. They will have to option of doing art based on our monthly theme or just do whatever they feel like.
-For December Topic regarding Food Justice, we will be sending Eli each of our research blurbs. Then Sarina and Eli will summarize them to fit the physical newsletter. Benji will be posting the full research blurbs on the SeattleDIY website.

-Really Really Free Market-
-Will be concentrating on having a Stress free market after Black Friday
-We will be fliering at Holy Mountain on Black Friday
-At the market we will be doing crafts/activities
- Shannon will be doing Block Print Patches
- Kaelen will be doing Tarrot Cards
- Samm will be doing hair cuts
-Rebecca will bring sandwich board to market. If she can not make it then will call Samm to pick up.
-Samm will be bringing leftovers from Food Not Bombs to market
-Guerilla Video-
-Each month they will have a 5min video based on SDIY's monthly focus topic and how it affects Seattle.
-December Film Night-
-The first film night will be held at Dancylvania
-Shannon is creating a list of movies/documentaries.
-Will will have discussions between each short film.
- Will have dumpster food available
-Proceeds will go towards a collective/organization which they videos are in relation to.
-Vegan cooking/baking-
-Either at HTFC or Dancylvania
-Secret Cafes for video night
-donations go towards theme and video about organization
-Vegan potluck style
-Everyone bring a dish with recipe/instructions
-1st one will be at Dancylvania
- SeattleDIY Recipe book -
-Samm will be getting the original from Emily this week and will make enough to supply:
HTFC,LeftBank,FreeMarket(give away some), and Food Justice workshop
-Cover Night -
-Becky will email the list
-Bulletin asking for requests - Becky
-Proposed date for Cover Night is Feb. 21st
-Thanksgiving-
-Samm will post the places that are hosting dinners
-Winter Brunches-
-Benji will wmail Broad, who lives at Sha Bang, about brunches.
-HTFC will think about a good date and email proposed date to SDIY mailing list
-Mission Statement-
-More reaching out to other organizations

-Make sure fliering at specific places
-Flyers for free market in spanish
-Obtain translations in for the free market flier
-Something Wonderful is officially meeting place for 1st meeting of the month
-Zine about shoplifting and knowing your rights as a consumer-Kaelen is thinking of doing
