-Mike will be doing the art and will be giving it to Benji and he will have them printed by Tuesday
-Jenna can scan all old newsletters will get them from Benji
-Other Printing-
-Benji can print up zines and anything they want
-Promoting For RRFM-
-Drop off flyers at shelters
-Kinckersville drop off flyers
-Childcare program at events. Will discuss further at next meeting
-Skillshare (AKA Winter Bummer)-
-Provide Childcare
-SDIY have workshops
-Classes will be held at the Vera Project
-The shows will be at the Underground Events Center
-Friday there will be a talent show and music. Everyone get to know each other.
-Saturday and Sunday there will be workshops and bands playing 11am-5pm
-There will be a coming out loud party Saturday night
-Would like to have a various genre of bands playing
-Looking for at least 20-25 more workshops
-Application form re-posted on myspace, SDIY
-CEP and SDIY-
-How can they be connected?
-Newsletter distro with CEP, subscribe to listserv, etc.
-Website-
-Centerpiece of site is the calendar.
-Everything in basic HTML and frames
-The problem is updating and managing the site through HTML without all responsibility on Benji
-Re-designing site so its easily manageable with well organized sections (zines, community links, etc.)
-Temporary single events coordinator?
-Google calendar? It’s a matter of someone transferring the info and setting it up
-Seattle DIY website meeting is Monday 12/15 @ Dancylvania 3pm
-Film Night-
-Dancylvania is hosting the Food justice film night.
-Donations will go towards topic
-Shannon has films to suggest/contribute
-Secret Café/movie night afternoon/early afternoon on January 3rd
-$10 per person
-Vegan Baking/Cooking Workshop-
-Plan for Dancylvania approval pending for January 17th
-Bring a recipe plus a dish
-Combined with Winter Brunch
